Shipping & Delivery
All orders are posted First Class from the United Kingdom. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and delivery. We’re a small business and do our best to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
UK: First Class post.
US domestic shipping: Available — shipped First Class from the UK. Delivery times may vary; please allow the full 7–10 days for processing plus transit time.
Europe: We ship to selected parts of Europe only. If your address is outside our shipping zones, you’ll be notified at checkout.
International shipping: Available to approved destinations. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched in the order they are received. During busy periods processing may take the full 7–10 days.
Tracking & issues: Tracking information is provided where available. If your order is delayed or you have any concerns, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

RETURNS
Return Policy
At DWILTS CLOTHING we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy is simple, fair and straightforward.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and any embroidered detailing intact.
Returns for items that are faulty or incorrectly sent will be fully refunded, including any return postage.
Return Cost
If you return an item because you changed your mind (fit, style, colour), the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or faulty goods), we will cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to Return
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a returns authorisation and receive instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship the parcel using a tracked service and retain proof of postage until your return is processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange, indicate the replacement item and size when you request your return authorisation. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Where an exchanged item is more expensive, we will request payment for the difference. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days with photos and a description of the fault. We will assess and offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
We may ask for the faulty item to be returned for inspection before authorising a refund or replacement.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customs fees or import duties are non-refundable.
Final Sale
Clearance and final-sale items are non-returnable unless faulty. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
